I came across the Veterans United Home Loans ad /link on Facebook back in 2019. I thought I'd take a chance and filled out their questionnaire. Not even 3 mins AFTER I hit "send" I received a phone call from the local rep and it's been smooth sailing ever since. The process was easy and very straight forward. Any questions I had the Veterans United team answered within an hour (if not sooner) of my email and/or phone call. Every person I spoke to throughout my process treated me with respect. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this group. I have and will continue to recommend them to other Vets and I would definitely use their services again without hesitation. They are Top Notch and worth looking in to it you are looking to buy. Thank you VU!!
Wow. I am highly impressed with, not only the entire home-buying process through Veteran's United but the team that orchestrated and put this into action. My first home-buying experience was a positive one! They set me up with all the successful tools for an easy transition.
It was a sheer pleasure working with Jason Bals at Veteran's United!!!! From the start, he was super patient and very well-versed in knowledge. It felt as though he has dealt with numerous situations in the past so the overall tediousness of the home-buying process was extremely smooth. Jason was quick on the draw to answer any questions that I had which put us at ease for time crunches and other obstacles. After several offers were put in on various homes, and the sellers accepted other offers, there was a little downtime from viewing the market. Even during that downtime, he would still check-in. Even if it was just to ask if we had any viewings coming up, his follow-through was beyond SUPERB.
I am overly excited to be in my new home and Jason and his team are the ones to commemorate!!!!

Well, the best thing I can say about Veteran’s United is how fast they got this done for us. The worst thing… there isn’t any. They are exceptional. Veterans United was an extremely easy going process. The loan team was great and kept us informed along the way. Our loan officer made himself available to us whenever needed. The process went so smoothly and we were surprised at the ease of it. Before we knew it we we were in our new home! Definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone looking for a VA loan!
I think the communication between each other needs to be a bit better.
