Make sure your team keeps you in the loop. I’m not the kind of guy to sit there and say “your working for me your on my time” but as a client to these loan teams they are there to serve you and answer any and all questions at reasonable times there were times where communication broke down some times it was just as simple as vague responses and other times it was days without answering phone calls or emails.
