My loan Specialist James Walrod and his team was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and concern about my refi. They made me feel comfortable and confident with my decisions.
the coordination/communication was terrible. documents fell through the cracks and i was able to get ahold of anyone unless it was strictly within business hours. They failed to catch issues in the initial review or to provide clarity as to when we would be able to proceed with closing.
