Veterans United made our refinance process pretty painless. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The online portal made it super easy to communicate and gather information needed.
Bradley Strubel's customer service was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with the information I needed to accomplish my goal of purchasing a house. The fact that this whole process was conducted remotely during a pandemic made it that much more difficult to obtain my goal. Nonetheless Brad was super instrumental in getting me to the finish line during this challenging time. He would respond to my emails and messages in a timely manner and walked me through this whole first time home buying process.
