Overall, our experience was satisfying. The minor complaints above are honest and stern. We understand how some of the comments can be brash, however still honest.
Like the flat rate and being able to take care of items myself rather then waiting for someone else to get the job done. Also as items were cleared you get immediate feedback.

I wish that every home buyer had the type of relationship that I enjoy with VU. I am convinced that VU has my best interest at heart and as a result they have earned my trust. This refi was quick and painless plus my new interest rate will save me thousands of dollars.
We weren’t thrilled to learn that even though veterans United wouldn’t be doing anything with the sale of our house they still got 30% of our agents commission since we stayed with the agent we were referred to for the buying of our house.
