I was extremely impressed by the web-based technology VU has implemented to support the home buying process. It made providing documentation, reviewing files and adding signatures super-easy. The entire loan team was responsive and very helpful anytime I had a question, which wasn't often because they were so thorough with laying everything out up-front with clear instructions. The whole process from start to finish was so simple, even a Marine could do it!

Veterans United was easy and enjoyable to work with.
We had a snag with final VA loan approval. The problem was with Army records, which I now know is common. I wish I had been advised earlier. We chose a Veteran’s United suggested realtor but had to switch. They had poor knowledge of VA approved properties and shouldn’t have been on the recommended list.
Would recommend dustin to everyone
This was our second time purchasing a home and doing so out of state, ahead of our PCS’ing. Veteran’s United and Karol Hart made this whole process a breeze. It was significantly easier than our first experience and literally could not have gone any better. Absolute professionals in every manner.
