Great staff and always on top of things. I felt like I was in good hands and knew I would know if there was an outstanding task that I needed to attend to.
Request for my documents and signatures sometimes inconsistent and confusing. EG.
Was told I did not need a signed Flood disclosure and then it was required to complete my file. Big delay in being able to see the appraisal report.
