The only issues I encountered during this process were during underwriting and were USCG specific. There were certain documents required that the USCG does not provide, and are DOD specific. Once I brought up these issues, it took some time but they were resolved. Thanks!

You won’t believe how easy they make this. I heard all the stories before my first time getting a VA backed mortgage and that concern kept me from doing this for years. Big mistake.
