Overall the experience with VU was positive. However, communication was often not as good as it could have been & was in some cases wrong. Our closing had to be pushed back because certain closing documents were not submitted on time. We were told that personal checks were acceptable at the closing and came to find out on the day that that was incorrect. In the end I had to arrange a bank wire in order to complete the closing. On the positive side, VU did cover the extra costs we incurred due to the delayed closing so on balance it worked out.
