The overall experience, although lengthy and involving numerous transactions and go-backs (given the nature of our particular case), was otherwise smooth, convenient and straightforward. The portal feature and timely communications/updates from the loan team led by Courtney were very impressive.
VA appraiser was horrible. I am hoping you all can recommend that this appraiser never be used again. She never got out of her car, had grandson/son get out a take pictures. Took forever to get the actual appraisal to us and the. Sellers had to jump out their hind ends to get ready for closing, which was late by the way. Staff was Very friendly until I started getting upset about the appraiser. Then seemed to distant himself when I had questions.
This is my third home buying experience, Veterans United by far has been the best home buying experience yet. Everyone from Veterans United has been very helpful and answered any questions that I had.
