I can’t be more pleased with the way Veterans United handled my mortgage. They made the process easy to follow and user friendly and provided all services to you when needed. The only con I have is that the underwriting process was a bit daunting. This was due to many follow up questions on my salary. When the employer responded they had more follow on questions that frustrated my Payroll department that is run by municipal civilians. In the future know what you are looking for and ask up front. Besides that my loan team was outstanding and provided superior service. I could not be more pleased with VU and all they were able to do!
Tim Wuest and Natalie Kelly were awesome. They made the home buying process easy. They were always available to answer any questions or to help me clear up any tasks. I would highly recommend Veterans United!
