Only issue I had with the whole experience is that communication thru email constantly to me is very unprofessional. It shows the lack of social skills and a lack of personal skills. I understand people are busy but a conversation thru email takes twice as long as a phone call.
Holly Ray did an incredible job assisting us with getting all our documents together
to expedite the loan process. She had answers to every question we had and put us at ease during the stressful period of buying a home.
