You guys made all of this so much easier than the last time I had to do this. You guys are amazing!

Thank you so much for helping me find a new home! You guys were all amazing!

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from my team at United Veterans. They kept me informed with every step that was taking to get me to closing. My loan officer Carl Thomas which is one of the best people I know would contact me after hours and discuss how we could improve my chances on getting to the end. I didn't start the process with United but ended up switching over at the last minute because Carl reached out to me and asked if he could help me get a better rate. Carl did just that, and also got me to the finish line. I'm now a proud Veteran homeowner and look forward to my next journey. Thanks again Carl and Team

Veterans United took me through the entire process step by step. I'm very pleased!

By my not being experienced in home buying everyone made it easy for me and I felt comfortable throughout the process.

Matthew and his team were very attentive and took the time to go above and beyond for our home buying needs. They were also very proactive with documentation required that helped set us up for success and to make the process as seamless as possible. Matthew in particular took the time to listen to a specific need that we had and worked with us to ensure that need was met. We also deeply appreciate the personal touch Matthew’s team provided for congratulating us on our newborn son.

Definitely the easiest, warmest and supportive process I have ever had dealing with a worrisome, trying, and stressful life event. Well done to all!

I was apprehensive about the home buying process but I appreciate the speed and efficiency of the Veteran's United.

I was completely impressed with this company, Brian Nelson and his team, and how smooth the process was. A+++!! I always felt like I was their first priority and that they were champions for me and my family getting our Dream Home. Thank you so much! I whole-heartedly recommend Veterans United for anyone looking to buy their home.

Entire process was a fiasco. Had I not made specific promises, I would have cancelled the refinancing process. Any future refinancing will NOT be with veterans united. Funding was originally to be on the 26th of Aug. Due to veterans uniped's policies, full funding will not occur until the 26th of Oct. I was required to pay the pest control in advance. veterans united required the title company to pay it also. It is obvious that your company does not have the professionalism to wire funds as companies such as Freedom Mortgage has.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Johnnie,
I’m truly sorry to hear that your refinancing experience was such a frustrating process. It sounds like the delays with funding and the issues around the pest control payment really caused some unnecessary stress, and that’s not at all the experience we want for our clients. Waiting two extra months for full funding after expecting it in August is a significant inconvenience, and I understand how that could lead to frustration, especially when you've had smoother experiences elsewhere.
The duplicate payment situation with the pest control is another frustration that shouldn’t have happened. I’d like to dig into what caused these delays and payment confusion to see what went wrong and if there’s anything we can clarify or address.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to my client advocate team directly at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com if you’d like to chat more about your experience or if there's anything else we can do for you.

Everyone behind this scenes worked diligently to make this quick home buying experience seamless. I am beyond impressed with Veterans United through both of my purchases. Thanks to all the men and women that made my dream home possible!

Well when this journey started a little over 6 months ago once we were into it there really was no turning back so glad to have had to help from my son and daughter-in-law and my grandson-in-law all of them helping me to get this home I am speechless thank you so much thank you thank you for doing this for my family Donald Stapleton.

A commercial would be much better LOL!
Seriously, stay away from those such as iFreedom (or formerly known as: for a reason). I learned my nightmare lesson with them when I bought my first house with my VA loan. With Veterans U, I truly gained a lot of knowledge this time around. Always thought it was just lenders behind the scenes. Had no clue of underwriters (their nightmares beyond nightmares). They will help assist with the set-up of utilities, etc. More importantly as a Disabled Vet, depending on your rating, they will make certain that you receive the benefits that you deserve (no property/city tax, etc).
They go above and beyond!
Go with someone who truly specializes in VA loans. Go with Eric Johnson and Team!

Thanks to everyone

Everyone was very helpful and nice. I was kept in the loop with every update and change. Every question I had was answered. Absolutely amazing team!

I was a nervous wreck for a while, but the team kept assuring me that all was well. In the end, they were right. I appreciate everyone and everything they did for me
