Veterans United made buying a home such a smooth process from providing a knowledgeable realtor to the user-friendly account/portal to the always professional team readily available to assist and so much more. Veterans United made a generally stressful experience much more easy and enjoyable.
The only issue I had was there was some down time between appraisal ordered and an update. About 8 days with no information. I understand this could have been because of thanksgiving being in the middle of this but it was still kinda nerve wrecking waiting that long at the start of underwriting with no info. Other then that the entire team was professional efficient and had great communication with me through out the entire process.
Will be doing more business with Veterans United!
