Veterans United was amazing from day one through the entire process of buying our home!! I would recommend them to anyone who was in the market to buy a home, I can’t imagine being taken better care of by anyone else!!
Thanks for all the help! the experience was straightforward and easy on my end, would defiantly recommend to others in the future.
Veterans United made our first home buying process very easy. Our pre-approval process was very quick, we got great rates, couldn't have asked for a better team. We had a lot of help with a lot of little side things like finding home insurance that was right for us. We really just appreciate everything.
An easy and enjoyable experience. While there some time constraints our team at VU did an excellent job of pulling everything together.
will always recommend Veterans United

If you think you can't get a home call VA home loan United Don't tell yourself no because they get everything that you need to help you get in a home
Thanks for all the nice gifts! They were very thoughtful and I cant thank Veterans United enough for taking such great care of me. Two years after I filed bankruptcy I was able to purchase my wonderful home, and I couldn't have chosen a better mortgage company to help me achieve this major accomplishment.
The appraisal process was *ridiculous*. Literally 4 days prior to closing our appraiser came back with an amended report requiring that *chipped paint* on the porch balusters be painted prior to closing which delayed our closing by 5 days, creating a lot of unnecessary stress.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Kevin, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. Our team will be researching your appraisal process to determine what our team may do in the future to help prevent a similar closing delay. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome an unexpected delay. We are glad that you had a very positive experience, aside from this one exception. While we do not take responsibility for third party actions, it was beneficial to explore this topic further with you. We hope that you enjoy your new home and that our explanations have helped improve your experience overall.
If you are a Veteran and your desire is to purchase a home. You are doing yourself a huge injustice if you're not going forward with Veterans United
