The staff i had assigned to me through Veterans United were to notch! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional are only a few of the ways I can describe them. They kept in constant contact with me through the whole process, with updates as it progressed. The website was excellent for navigation and super easy to upload and sign documents. Answers to many of my questions were answered through the tutorial section, and on occasion when I was too lazy to look for the answer, the staff was always happy to educate me.
