Julia was great but her assistant Kristin was lack luster
All I have to say is that this entire experience has been stress free and trouble free. How many people can say that about buying a home? Way to go Veterans United!!!!!

Overall it was a slightly unpleasant experience but Veterans United was more than willing to increase our loan amount when asked. There were many errors in closing costs that were never corrected and the congratulations email from our loan officer had another couples last name so you come to realize they are just pushing loans through as quickly as possible. Our "Brother Marine" recommended real estate agent was horrible. I would have been better off with a former NVA or Taliban commander as my real estate agent.

Poor experience. Was told I needed water quality testing to close the loan. Found out at closing the documents show underwriting telling Veterans United team it was not required. This testing and additionally purchased items cost me an an unnecessary $4,500 so No I don’t recommend.
