While I was purchasing a house I was also selling one. I saw everything my buyer was put through with his disorganized and sloppy lender and Im very thankful my VA team was nothing like that. They were punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. We had my appraisel done in 3 weeks and could have closed 1 week early in spite of only having 4 weeks to get things done in the first place!

No brainer, number one choice for veterans!
Amelia was my "from contract to closing" representative and she was excellent to work with. Although I became frustrated with the underwriter and associated issues, Amelia delivered and I closed on time. My real estate agent had told me her experience with VU was they didn't make the timelines, were late closing, were difficult to work with. I found that to be completely untrue. I have bought and sold about 10 properties and have never had a better experience than I had with VU.
They were helpful in every way possible at all times. Made everything extremely simple. I would highly recommend working with Ryan and Jaclyn and their company.
