The staff was amazing, and very helpful. My only complaint was the amount of footwork we had to do to secure the loan. I have bought several houses, and I never had to get, secure and upload so many documents before. I felt that it was a lot, especially with the cost of the closing. I felt like I did ALOT. In the end the loan officers were very pleasant and helped guide me through the process. They did go above and beyond.
Easiest & fastest home refinance ever. Completed 100% online, except for closing signatures and they came to me for that! Very minimal to do on your end. Step by step instructions/directions through the whole process. Fantastic rates!!!
George is phenomenal at his career and also is very personable, kind, hard-working and very professional! Jordan Roach, Home Buying Concierge, was very attentive in the beginning of the process. When I was having difficulty with the real estate agent she received a copy of an email. I never received a response from her. If it wasn't for the Loan Officers doing a very good job I would have not recommended Veterans United to anyone.
