My husband and I thought the process was done very smooth and to me less anxiety producing (although I did not have many issues) AND if an issue arose, I was able to explain the circumstances and everything was resolved. I really enjoyed the process, once everything was explained and we were pre-approved we just needed Veterans United to do their job (which they did well) and wait for close.
