Only issue we ran in to was when our original loan officer took a new position. This came at a surprise to us and left us without a loan officer for a week or two. When Tim was assigned to us he did a good job at clearing up the confusion and getting us back on track.

This made it possible for me to act quickly on the home I wanted to buy in a really hot market.
