The only kink in this process that I could think can be improved is the communication between VUHL and the real state agent. I was told one date by VUHL to sign and move in and then the real state agent give me a different date, that created a difficult situation with my prior landlord. That could have easily been avoided if everyone was on the same page.
If we ever have to get a mortgage or refinance again, we will definitely use Veteranss Advantage. Honest people, easy to do business with, and totally competitive. We now have an interest rate that cannot be beat! We are very, very happy with this transaction.

Please please use Veterans United. They make each step of the process doable. A family first atmosphere that I feel like still calling although my process is finished. if their is any concern they answer all the time. United veterans is an amazing company and if I ever buy another house I will be using them.
