Working with Veteran United was a good experience for soldier. Veteran United treat us with dignity, very professional from the beginning to the end. It is hard in this age to find a company where all the staff very knowledgeable, act professionalism and treating us with good service. Also the online portion very well organized and very well inform, the best service.
This is the second time I am doing refinance with Veterans United. The first one I did with them was OUTSTANDING and one of the best service after several refinances I have done. The recent one I did was bad. Very poor communications lost track of status during different stages of the loan, and unprofessional Loan Officer(Phil). There was a verbal promise by the Loan coordinator that was not even certain. Both of them were unapologetic about their actions until the last email.
