I was a first time home buyer and refinanced. Mike talked me through all of the steps and assured to me my decision was beneficial to my family and finances. Mike has always been available and is great at his job.

They worked really hard to close on deadline, kept us informed of progress and paperwork needed was easily explained. The website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Veteran United has the best loan officers working for them. This was my third time dealing with them. I was told by other banks and mortgage companies that I would not qualify for another VA loan. However, Veterans United was able to get me approved.

One recommendation is to provide the home buyer a comprehensive list of documentation required for applying for and processing the home loan. Including documentation needed from the Contractor if the home owner is taking out a cash out refinance loan. This is my only criticism. Otherwise I had a great experience.
