We had quite a few curveballs thrown our way during my homebuying process, and she was always there to help me figure out what needed to be done and how to do it. Veterans United needs to focus on over communicating with individuals going through this process which occurs via email, website, text messages, and phone calls. The communication was decent but could have been better. This would have prevented closing taking so long with a call prior discussing all the fees associated with the final disclosure statement.
Even with all that is going on the COVID 19. I was still able to close on time. My family was very happy.
