I can't believe I was able to find my new home within 29 days from start to finish. Then to have the interest rate that I got I was shocked. It was a great comfortable overall process.
It was relatively painless. Like anything, they needed tons of info, and documents to verify various things, but kept you updated with all the things required. Was much easier to do electronically than having to send by correspondence or in person.
