Never felt alone during the entire experience. Very satisfied!
It took 11 months to get everything done. The last month I got more done talking directly to the Title company than I did the 10 months prior. If I would have known that Veterans United would take so long, I would have went through a local bank. I seen all the good reviews and thought I would try them. I was wrong. The seller was about to back out due to having another offer. Good thing we knew the seller. We got phone calls to verify our employment every month if not twice a month. We had a deadline when it came to filling out papers online and submitting papers online, but VU took their time on their side. We never got updates through the process or really told what was going on unless I called or emailed to figure out what was going on.

We know that covid has caused certain delays with certain jobs and we share that stress with all of our fellow Americans during this pandemic.
