Veteran homebuyer are unique, basically we dont like come arounds or doubts within a process. Veterans United are simple, straigthforward and expedient. Therefore, whenever in doubt about purchasinag, refinancing a home, talk to Veterans United first.
If you are working with veterans united with it being your first house your purchasing, just don’t do it. Understanding the rates are great and the no money down is awesome. I would have rathered put money down and payed my closing cost if I knew what I was getting into. The experience was awful but we have learned from it so now we know. We are greatful for veterans united for getting us into our new home but they need to work on customer service immediately.
