I have had the opportunity to work with Veterans United before when building our home 5 years ago and we decided to go with the preferred lender only because the builder talked us into it. I regretted that decision from day one. When the opportunity came to refinance our loan it was obvious whom I would be contacting and that would be Veterans United. At times it seemed as if there was a lot of required extra documents that seemed unnecessary or redundant. My to do list was always added to. It would have been nice to have everything that was expected at once. However we had a great experience without any hiccups and went smoothly as we successfully purchased our home!
