I didnt like that I had to keep asking questions and logging in for updates, there were times that documents were requested but I didn't find out until the day they were due. Outside of that Jon and Kyle were super nice and responded very fast to my emails.

I believe that the loan specialist should have a virtual face with face withe client to go over everything a-z with the process. There were times in which I did not understand what was being asked for and/or why. There were many aspects of the purchase process I learned from the realtor which I assume should have come from the lendor.
The application process was very fast and very simple with Josh team, received my loan very quickly. Very professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the process and made my refinance experience very easy with a peace of mind. I would recommend Veteran United to my family and friends.
