Great experience! Veterans United Home Loans made the process of getting a VA-backed jumbo home loan so much easier than we thought it would be. The entire team bent over backwards to guide us through the process and were willing to work around our busy schedules to make themselves available to answer our questions in the evenings and weekends. Additionally, the online document submission and signature system was so easy to use I was even able to sign documents from my phone ahead of closing. This is the second time I have refinanced my home through Veterans United Home Loans and both times I had a smooth experience. I was impressed with how easy it was to go through this process remotely due to COVID. Tammy was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to email I sent. Communication was great which I appreciated.
It was a great experience for us, A little different I was the agent and buyer. Portal was easy to use, Tyler kept us informed of all of the documents that needed signed and what they were for.
