Ms. Faren Birthisel is an outstanding, dedicated and responsive loan officer. She saved my first home purchasing deal from falling apart. It started out with me applying with another lender that tried to take advantage as I have no experience or guidance. That lender tried to increase my closing cost which I unilaterally did not have and most likely not be able to purchase my home and lose my earnest money deposit.

Ms. Birthisel took charge and guided me through the entire process completely and pain-"LESS"-ly. I literally did not have to worry at all. She would answer all of my questions in a timely matter (same day within minutes to an hour or the following day), even on the Eve of my closing she worked overtime (nothing to do with her but the other entities involved) she answered and supplied them with the necessary documents to ensure a successful and smooth closing. Every little detail that needed her attention she provided with exceptional, microscopic level and dedication to detail. Her professionalism is superb and remarkably outstanding.
