We had an extraordinary experience in that we terminated the sale contract on the house we first choice. Tim was supportive of our decision. Luckily we found another home within only a couple of days and Tim and Ryan Deason went right to work to get that second home funded as soon as it was ready to settle. There was some last-minute stuff - there always is - but the process was pretty seamless. And by the way, we want to give a shout out to Natalie Kelly who worked with us on funding the first house. Good job all around!!
