VU worked miracles to get my loan for me. They were patient and responsive to the silly questions I asked and worked really hard to overcome the bumps in the road put into place by the VA. They hooked me up with a great realtor who was very knowledgeable about the local area and market.
To be able to close a loan in the current environment is a heavy lift, but to also have to work on the short timeframe we had is a whole other story. From day one the plan to our big day was laid out in detail on my customer portal. It started out with a lot of tasks to complete, but there was always a someone there to offer guidance or explanation. This didn’t feel like a business transaction, but more like team working towards a goal.
