Fix your issues with lack of experience or adequate training for new loan officers and get better at effectively communicating with those who are choosing your company to sign away half a million dollars with. Unbelievable and inexcusable is how I would explain 99% of our experience with veterans United. I will not be returning for future real estate purchases. I’m happy to see I am likely to be an outlier customer however that does not mean we had reparations good enough to return.

The team provided by Veterans United, including all those behind the scenes, eased the apprehension and worry I had and put me in the home of my dreams. I was pretty upset over the fact that a simple refi with the same company that did my original loan to well over 90-120 day to get my loan done. I mean i was in signing papers four time before it happened on the 4th time.

I have to say having a wonderful VA lender is so important and VU delivered a great experience. I know that who you get assigned to as your loan officer can cause variation in your experience (which results you see reflected in some reviews) , however, we had a pretty smooth experience. Our loan officer Kelsey Riggs really knocked it out the park and made everything easy. Plus she made it feel more like she was a mentor and guide versus simply a business transaction. I love the online portal where you can upload documents and options to link financial accounts for ease (though we had a few glitches). If there is one thing I would say is as any financial transaction, please be sure to gather paperwork and documents early. There is a lot of paperwork involved, but relatively normal considering. Overall, 5 star experience. Would use them again no hesitation! Receive a great rate and amazing service! Thank you Kelsey and Veteran United for guiding me through what could have been a nightmare to the dream of home ownership!!
Veterans United made it possible for use to finally get our home. Something I had always figured would never happen till I was at least in my 40's to 50's. It was a great experience and now because of them, we are living in our dream location in an absolutely amazing home.
