Everything was quick, easy, explained thoroughly and completely, and we felt quite comfortable through the whole process. This was our first time using Veterans United. I thought it would be a nightmare, but it wasn't. The loan officers were very nice, helpful and answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of those. They gave us the name of real estates agents in our area who are familiar with the VA process. We also received a list of all VA approved condos, houses and townhouses. The pre approval process was easy and we were approved in a very short time frame. We also got a very good rate. I would highly recommend Veterans United.
