As a first-time homebuyer, the process could have been overwhelming, but they made it incredibly easy and, for the most part, stress-free.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Anytime I had questions, they answered quickly and took the time to explain things in detail until I fully understood. They stayed on top of all the paperwork and deadlines, which made a huge difference.The biggest moment that really stood out was when we ran into an insurance issue close to closing. The original insurance company couldn’t provide the proper coverage, but Dalton’s team immediately stepped in and helped me find a new option quickly. The only negative feedback I have is that loan processing officers should coordinate better with Holidays so that Title Companies will be able to process on time and not cause uneccesary delays. Other than that, they did a great job.
