We bought our house in 2019 and our closing was messed up and it set us back about 6 hours from the expected move in date. Fast forward to 2020 and we refinanced and again they messed up the closing and it had to be postponed a few days. If you get Bill Abney as a loan officer ask for a different one.

I would use them everytime
I dont actually know if this was the responsibility of Doug or the underwriter. I made it clear the problems we could face from the beginning and on the day of closing the underwriting department wanted to not approve the loan. Thanks to Morgan it went through.
