There is nothing like a company that is willing to work around your schedule. Not everyone can take calls or time off during the work day, so I really appreciate that this team is willing to work through emails and evening phone calls. Plus, they do an awesome job!

The ease of application and working with the on line documentation was exceptional. The only complaint I had was the lack of communication when my Closing Document changed several times in the final weeks. The only way I knew that I had a new statement was to check my email, now this is fine but, in the final days a phone call with some explanation is my preference. Overall Kelly's team was very professional in handling my account and providing explanations that I could understand.
Process was so simple and smooth throughout with great communication.
