

Probably the worst home buying experience I have been through. Rates aren't horrible. I think they could have been a little better. The communication started off with unnecessary texts just throwing things out there with no bearing on the process. I asked for those to stop and they did. The other part of communication was not always being clear on what was needed. And don't dare try to fix something on your own or you'll spend more time and money getting it cleared. If I would have been told exactly what was needed on remediation items listed instead of this needs fixed, It would have gone a lot smoother and a little less stressful. Maybe it's the VA loan requirements or maybe not. Either way when I buy another home, I'll use someone else.

I heard some not so pleasant experiences from other prior to using VU yet over the few years I worked with a variety of people, I had not one person that was unprofessional.
