My loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable of not only his own process, but also that of other lenders and home builders. He was able to identify tricky verbiage within contracts that I had not even shared with him at that point due to his experience and was able to explain what that verbiage meant to me in a way that I was able to easily understand. I greatly appreciated the ability to get in touch with him and the team when I needed; even during a time where there was a considerable amount of snow in their region. I could not be happier with my home buying experience.
Lauren Walters worked closely with us as well. Daniel and Lauren were awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They are the best!!! They were there for me from start to finish. If I had questions, the were very thorough In explaining it so I understood. They would check on me to see how I-was doing. I was new and they put me in touch with others that could help. Everything I needed they had someone that could help me. You could not get a better team that is so warm, caring, and helpful if you tried. The are the best. After them, they broke the mold.
This was a very smooth process. Had heard some horror stories about the VA loans but you guys made it work. I thank the Veterans United team and family for making this possible.

This has been an awful experience and the end could not have come soon enough. Kirin is abrasive, defensive, and not at all customer oriented. I would never recommend this company to anyone. And the National Caregiver group I belong to, over 3K most of whom are also fiduciaries for their Vetetans, had nothing but derogatory comments about your company once someone asked for referral. Some experienced same issues, many worse.

My loan team made this transaction incredibly easy. They were very knowledgeable to everything VA loans, and they spoke to me in words I understood. My loan officer told me she could be reached at anytime, and I told her I would keep it to business hours. But when something sprung up on the weekend that needed addressed immediately, she actually was available to give advice. And the closing costs were very reasonable. I would go back to my team, Sydney and Samantha, in a heartbeat and would recommend them to any Veteran looking for a loan.
Would recommend that team that made it possible to buy my home. Starting with Kevin and Ashley.
The staff at Veterans United Did everything possible to make the transition to buying my new home as easy as possible. I was always able to get in contact with either the loan Specialist or the loan coordinator with any questions that I had.
