The whole experience was nice swift and smooth. It went a lot faster than I expected. Everyone on the team was quite knowledgeable, genuine, and on top of their game. I really appreciate all their help, guidance, and effort the team put into getting our new home.

I slammed Underwriting because this is the fifth time in my life that I have bought a house and I have never experienced anything close to the excessive and drawn out analysis I was put through. Another complaint I have is that we asked to have the house titled in our trust. We sent a copy of the trust to them, and they wanted our lawyer to draw up more documents. We did this (at a cost of $250) and submitted them. Weeks later underwriting said they couldn't put the title inn irrevocable trust. Fine, would have been nice to know that 2 weeks and $250 sooner.
I would not recommend. Closed late. Almost lost the deal.
