No complaints with Veterans United, however, the closing company, Qualia was a complete disaster. They were not prepared for closing at the time of closing. The female involved was completely indifferent toward anyone and everyone, not appreciating how long it was taking to get issues resolved that should have been resolved before the closing day. Thankfully, Lance called and explained what was going on and that he was trying to get everything resolved as quickly as possible. I left the closing office a 2:30 pm for a 9 am closing time.

From the very beginning to the very end, Trish Cole was incredibly helpful, friendly, communicative, and responsive. I went through multiple Brokers with the same response of " What's your credit score? Submit an application", until I reached Trish. She immediately asked what my situation was and what my goal was. She took great care of listening and trying to understand, which allowed her to give me a very good plan of moving forward. I was initially surprised of her approach, considering all the cookie-cutter responses I received from other Mortgage Brokers.
