It all depends on the broker and how they communicate. Communication is key and lost be performed often.
The Veterans United team is very understanding and easy to work with on all home loan needs.
The entire Veterans United team made us feel like we were getting the royal treatment of mortgage buying. This is our 2nd home purchase in the last 5 years that was funded by Veterans United Home Loans, and the team is the reason we keep coming back. This company knows how to treat veterans the way they deserve! Thank you!
We have been trying to give Zach a 10/10 glowing review. He was amazing and went out of his way many times and was so fast to respond no matter what time of day it was. We will use him directly in the future and referred him to multiple people and realtors.
Thank you,
Sabrina Glode

Words can not really describe with our swearing, on how happy we are
I loved my whole experience with them. My go to crew
After becoming frustrated with another home purchasing program, I tried Veterans United. Honestly, I was so frustrated, I had given up and did not expect an approval l. However, they approved me the same day and recommended an amazing realtor. I believe God put His Angels all around us and they were my Angels. Now, my family and I are moving our new home! Thank you!
I wish the whole process relied less on email. I feel like I had email sitting unanswered in a timely manner if I had gotten a text I would have seen it faster.
To anyone buying a home it can be a challenging experience. But with positive people who work with you through all the challenges that you encounter, much thanks indeed. At the end you too can be a homeowner. But in the end there's no place like home.. your own home!

Experience first-hand why 315,102 homeowners give us a perfect score!
I have already referred VeteransUnited.com to serveral people. I cant speak highly enough about David and what what a great job he and his team have done.
All services provided by VU was outstanding. Only improvement that should be considered is lessons learned from closing remotely. The notary that was contracted to ensure our closing documents failed. At our initial signing meeting, she failed to clarify that my wife needed to sign, causing her to return a couple hours later for my wife to sign. Then we were made aware the next day that there were several pages of the closing documents that still required initials from my wife , this resulted in us receiving overnighted documents and signing and resending overnight to complete the closing process and release proceeds to the seller. I received constant pressure to expedite this correction. This was extremely inconvenient as we were also in middle of packing and relocating to new state of residence.
The team at Veteran's United handled this process quickly, simply and most importantly, with care. Going into this process blind gave me nothing but anxiety and worry over all of the other homebuying horror stories I have heard over the years. I am glad to say that when sharing my experience with others, I will have nothing but praise when speaking about Jason, Jean and the entire Veteran's United team that helped me find the place to raise my family. Thank you so much!
Wow. New credit score requirement ,only 600 now. You veterans that were turned down last year should try again. 3 weeks ,I'm in a new house.
Very professional and always ready to walk along with the customer through the home buying process!
