Subject matter experts that take care of customers! Mr. Ryan Sherman and team worked hard for my wife and I. We stayed informed and had ANY questions answered in a direct and timely manner. I felt, at times, I was being a difficult customer - Mr. Sherman and team always gave positive reassurance and handled MY stress very well; they took all reasonable steps to reduce or eliminate that stress!

My literal only complaint is that I went about 2 to 3 weeks without knowing if my preapproval went through. During that time I would say not to my realtors fault I was treated as an on serious buyer because I did not have a pre-approval letter yet.
