This was my first time entering into the "home buying process." Working with Veterans United was incredibly easy (and fast!). They provided an amazing team who helped me with getting everything taken care of as well as additional assistance on things like researching for home and auto insurance quotes and utility providers that service the area where I was buying my home. They made this entire process so easy and painless. Their portal (myVU) is awesome - its user friendly and so easy to use. They made a "to do" list and you just upload the documents they need and you can sign everything in the portal. I've also been surprised with little gifts along the way as a "thank you" or "congratulations" which have been such a nice touch! I will absolutely be recommending Veterans United to anyone I can and I will definitely be back the next time I buy a house.
