I believe Veterans United is a first class organization. I've nothing but good things to say after working with them on my initial home loan and my refinancing.
Their reps helped me get the rate I was offered by a competing company and so far they are the better choice. I also love the fact they are in support of us Veterans. Their reputation is growing and I would look forward to using them in the future if I decide to upgrade.
From start to finish, this has been awesome. Until I came across the Veterans United website, I never realized how close I was to being able to provide a home of our own for my family. I've always wanted a home of my own, but never got serious about it until you guys showed me it was possible. My loan officer worked diligently and walked me through this every step of the way. 3 days as a homeowner of a perfect home and I still can't believe it. Thank you to Stacy and everyone at Veterans United for all your hard work. You made a lifelong dream come true!
Such a easy company to work with. They made sure I was always taken care of.
Worst experience of my life. Cost me money, wasted vacation and the mental stress alone dealing with Mark is enough to make me urge all of my military families to stay far away from Veterans united. Almost lost the house because a VA Loan Specialist didn't know all the VA rules. Ridiculous

As long as we continue to move around with the military and purchase homes, we will use Veterans United. I don't think there could be an easier process than how it is with them. Everyone has always been absolutely professional and very nice - which is a breathe of fresh air in today's world. Do not hesitate if you are considering them for your mortgage company.
At first I was skeptical of VU mostly from horror stories about home loans in general. But after working with Ryan Kowalski, all doubt is gone. He made the process simple and easy for me to understand. I went from knowing nothing about mortgages to being able to explain it to my kids. I cannot recommend a better office. These guys are great.
I would and already have recommended your organization, I just cautioned them not to get Collin as a loan officer.
