They were absolutely on top of things from the beginning
I can't say enough about the outstanding job that Veterans United did. I applied and was prequalified with VU in March 2020. The builder for house that I wanted offered closing credit of $10,000.00 if I used there mortgage company, so I did. It was a big mistake. I applied in April of 2020 after three months on July 24, 2020 my application was denied. I already had an application on file with UV. I called Kaleb the loan officer who I had contact with and asked what he thought. He said he has been doing this for 15 years and would not waste my time or his if he didn't think he could get it approved. He was able to approve my mortgage from 7/24/20 to closing on 8/20/2020. My thanks go out to Kaleb, Deena and his team for a job well done. If you are a veteran in need of a mortgage lender, I would highly recommend considering Veterans United. Thanks again. P.S, This is not any review BS and I did get the builders credits.
