Veterans United made the home-buying process as easy and stress free. They explained the entire process and were prompt in answering any questions that I had.
I have called to complain many, many times about my loan officer's unprofessional mistakes which cost me time, and most importantly, made me have to take drastic actions within a few days of closing. Nothing come of my complaints as I am sure nothing will come of this survey.
