Before finding Veterans United I had been working with a different loan provider for over 3 months so I decided to try somewhere new. There were night and day differences immediately! My loan officer Nate Bitner was beyond amazing! He was attentive and knew all the tricks to make everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible. He would call with weekly updates and to have me send in documents before they were even requested so that everything went fast and he always made sure I had the most up to date information. Not only did he close my loan in under a month but he even managed to lower my interest rate from 3.5 to 2.75! Incredible! I could not asked for a better loan experience!
