It was a seamless experience from start to finish. They found us the best realtor and lender and everyone really we could ever need to buy a home in an unknown state. Jesse our realtor knew the area and we were able to save time looking for only the properties that were best suited to our needs. Kris and Kathy were always making sure all my I’s and T’s were crossed. Josh rolled the red carpet out for us as our concierge was super convenient (great idea) we also got gifts which were nice (our dog and cat are even happy lol) Thank you all!

I was just speaking with one of her team members the other day that, I'm so thankful for the assistance you have given me and the blessings you also gave to my family. I know Johnna sent an email informing me that I'm a preferred customer however, she's definitely my preferred lender and I'm so thankful for her continued support. I've been working with Johnna since 2019 when I had zero knowledge of the home buying/owning process. Needless to say she as keep me informed and taught me about the process every speak of the way. My biggest problem was the link I was given to change our address. Just to let you know, it didn’t work. We are still not getting mail forwarded and I submitted another change THROUGH USPS and have received many acknowledgements of that change,. Your list of utility companies was way wrong also. Other than that. This was a very smooth transition and I appreciate Everything going off as planned.

I appreciate how everyone was quick to answer any questions that we had about the process, especially since this is our first home.
