I would also like to add that our loan coordinator, Kelsey Fogle, deserves a 10 for all her hard work in putting together our loan package. We had a complicated loan consisting of dual entitlements, buyers in different states, and a title company who was difficult to work with that made some mistakes along the way. Kelsey’s initiative and attention to detail allowed us to close on time and prevented the deal from being delayed. Thank you Veterans United!
I am 71 years old . I received my first VA loan in 1976 after serving with the NAVY in Viet Nam. This is my second. We built a new home and had to put down 84K on the construction loan. We switched to VA loan and received 66K back at closing . The interest rate was over one percent less. Very thrilled with the process.
