The whole process with Veterans United was a great experience from the get go. In fact, we had already had a pre-approval from another company but decided to proceed with Veterans United due to the level of customer service that was provided from the start.

Have always been satisfied with them. Until this closing. The title sent the insurance check to the wrong company and now my policy will be canceled. It is their mistake and they should fix it!!
