Veterans United was a great choice for my family due to our financial situation and credit score. Other institutions wouldn’t waste the time talking with us while Veterans United helped us understand our credit score, make necessary changes to improve our score significantly, and get approved for our dream house. Meanwhile other institutions that had turned us down previously came out of the woodworks to work with us only after Veterans United had helped us get to a point where we were eligible in the first place. Maybe I could have found more favorable loan terms elsewhere but I didn’t bother entertaining other options because of the excellent team at Veterans United that made me feel like my family’s best interests was the top priority from start to finish. I actually called Veterans United about a cash out refinance and after talking to Steve about all the rules in the state we live in we discussed all of the options and we decided that selling our home and buying a new a new home was our best option for our situation. Steve and Veterans United is a one stop shop. We were directed to our concierge Dalton who hooked us up with our real estate agent Lisa and is was on from there. We had a pre-approval letter the same day and we actually had to ask for more and it was taken care of in a matter of minutes. From the initial phone call to closing on our dream home was 45 days this included selling our existing home and finding our new home. Steve, Dalton, Markita, and Lisa all did an awesome job.
